We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 15 days of receipt following the Return Instructions below. Please Note: On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.Please note: exchanges for limited edition items (such as colored vinyl, signed items, numbered editions, etc.) are subject to available inventory at the time of the receipt of the exchange. If your item is a CD or vinyl release, it must not be opened and remain sealed in its plastic wrapping to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
* Any apparel item that has obvious signs of use, like label has been removed, worn or washed
* Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective
* Downloadable media or software products
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any product missing the serial number or UPC
* "Final Sale" items
Canceling or changing an order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. After that, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor the change.
Please write in with the store name you purchased from and your order # and we will do our best to help you out.
Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by US Mail (USPS) depending on weight and usually take 7-10 business day to arrive.
Certain international destinations, P.O. Boxes and APOs are not eligible for expedited shipping. Your domestic order will ship to arrive on or about release date. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days. International shipments including Mexico are made via international post (mail) and take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Shipments are processed Monday-Friday within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. All orders placed on Friday will dispatch the following Monday-Tuesday (excluding holidays). Transit time includes weekdays only and does not include weekends or holidays. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
Customs and Duties Any customs or import duties that are levied on your order, and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the application of charges, nor the number of charges to be levied.
International Standard Shipping - this is done in conjunction with your local postal service. Shipments are trackable until they arrive in the destination country. If you have questions about your order you should contact your local postal service.
